No joke, it's cold here in Texas! I'm fishing with my good friend and best soft plastic maker, Capt. Mark Nichols of DOA Lures, in his home away from home - S. Padre Island, TX. This Florida kid (and crew) are cold!! We've been on the road filming for 2019 since a few days after Thanksgiving. We're heading home for Christmas, but it sure has been fun.

The entire 2018 season of AF has been a blast and in this week's episode we get to bring you some highlights and of course, the bloopers, in the Season Finale. It's usually this time of year that we put out a fancy "12 Days of Christmas" shopping list for you, but since we're all on the road I'm going to keep it simple. The angler in your life needs the basics like; rod, reel, line, lure, hooks, wading shoes, sunglasses, a cooler, electronics, tackle box, and if you're feeling generous - a boat! I trust all my fishing excursions both on camera and off to a handful of brand names, that over the years have never let me down.
